Pysae has introduced an alert system so that drivers can quickly report dangerous situations, triggering an audible and visual notification on the supervision platform.
How does it work?
When an alert is triggered on the supervision platform, a dialogue box is immediately displayed with visual and audible signals to attract the attention of the regulators.
The alert partially blocks the interface until action is taken, requiring controllers to confirm receipt to stop the beeping.
Important information, such as the name of the race, the position of the device and the driver's details, is highlighted to facilitate rapid decision-making.
Once receipt has been confirmed, the alert is moved to the alerts box, where it must be resolved via a follow-up form or classified as a false alert.
Alerts pass through three stages: to be considered, to be resolved, and resolved, with clear notifications at each stage.
Critical information, such as the driver's position and identity, is transmitted for effective intervention.
How to access alerts
Go to the side menu and click on ‘Urgent Alerts’.
This view gives you quick access to alerts in progress, as well as archived alerts.
In the top right-hand corner, you can access alerts in progress. You will find all the information about the alert:
Driver
Vehicle
Device,
Trip,
Date sent,
Position,
Last address.
On the right-hand side of the screen, you'll also find a map showing the exact location of the alert.
You can send a message to the driver by selecting ‘Contact the device’.
A window will then open. You can add team members to this message, select all the vehicles or tick the ‘urgent message’ box.
Resolve the alert by clicking on the corresponding button. A confirmation window opens. You can write a message to confirm that the alert has been resolved, or tick the ‘False Alert’ box.
Confirm the resolution by clicking on ‘Resolve alert’.
If there are several alerts in progress, you can scroll through them by clicking on the arrows next to the numbers.
View archived alerts
At the bottom of the screen, you'll find all the archived alerts.
You can search for a specific alert using the dedicated button, or filter by column. You will find the following information:
