Insert an image in a passenger information message

First, select the ‘Passenger information’ and ‘Passenger messages’ tabs in the left-hand side menu.

Then click on the ‘Send a traveler message’ button in the top right-hand corner.

Select the image icon to insert the visual of your choice.

Here you'll need a URL for your image.

To obtain this, go to an image hosting site like Goopics: https://goopics.net/

Drop the image and select “direct link” to copy the path to this image.

Once you've copied the link, go back to the operating platform and paste it into the URL field. Then click on the ‘Insert’ button.

The visual is now visible. You can complete the various fields relating to this information message.

Don't forget to click on the ‘Validate’ button to confirm your changes.
