As administrator of the operating account, you can configure your network settings from the Pysae platform. To do this, click on the three small dots at the top right of your interface. Then make sure you are in the ‘Driver application’ tab.
Here you can modify the following advanced settings:
Phone number,
Predefined messages,
Sending messages,
On-board routers,
Top-Foot Code for SIV console,
With the "Phone number" feature, you can define the number the driver should contact in the event of a problem. This allows the driver to initiate the call with a single click via the number pre-entered in the application.
You can also set up pre-recorded alert messages to warn of disruptions during a trip. These messages can be sorted according to your choice using the up and down arrows. They can also be deleted using the "--" button. And finally, you can configure others with the "+" button.
Once these types of disruption have been saved, the driver can report them with a single click from the application.
You can also, if you wish, block the sending of messages by drivers, thus restricting messaging to one-way communication, from operations to drivers.
Finally, enter the code Haut-le-pied for the Passenger Information Service desk.
Don't forget to save.
