As administrator of the operating account, you can configure your network settings from the Pysae platform. To do this, click on the three small dots at the top right of your interface and then on ‘Network settings’.
Then make sure you're in the "General" tab.
Here you can modify the following advanced settings:
Network name ;
Trip name format;
Time interval ;
Vehicle connection threshold ;
Notification display
In the "Interval considered on time" function, the default time displayed is from 0 to 300 seconds (i.e. 5 minutes). In other words, the driver is considered to be "on time" if, when he arrives at the stop, he is between 0 minutes early and 5 minutes late. Outside this interval, he will be considered either late or early. You can modify this interval at any time.
In the "Vehicle connection/disconnection thresholds" function, the default value for the connection threshold is 120 seconds. You can change this value in the corresponding box.
The "Disconnected vehicle display threshold", on the other hand, is equivalent to the length of time since the last information returned by the device, beyond which you wish the vehicle to disappear from the "Map" view.
Don't forget to save.
