The operator can manage his drivers in Pysae via the supervision platform. This makes it possible to associate system-generated data with driver data.
You can enter driver data either manually, directly in the interface, or by importing a .CSV file.
In this article, we'll look at these two steps:
add a driver manually
adding drivers with a .CSV file
Add a driver manually
To access driver management, hover over the "Resources" tab, then click on "Drivers" when the window appears.
A list appears, showing the name, number, team and any comments for each driver. The list and data for each driver can be modified by clicking on the pencil that appears at the end of the line when you hover over it.
If you wish to delete a driver, simply archive it by clicking on the small box to the right of the pencil.
If you wish to add a new driver manually, click on "Add a new driver" in the top left-hand corner and "Manually". A blank line appears at the top of the list of all your drivers.
Enter the name, number and team of the driver you wish to add, as well as any comments you may have. Confirm by clicking on the green "Save" button which appears at the end of the line when your cursor is over it.
Downloading a csv file
Here you can download a sample file to be filled in with your drivers' information.
This file is made up of several columns. These are the same columns you fill in when you add a driver manually: driver name, driver number, team number and comments.
Once the file has been completed, import it into your Pysae operating area.
To access driver management, hover over the ‘Resources’ tab and then click on ‘Drivers’ when the window appears. Then click on the ‘Add a driver’ button at the top left, then ‘Import’.
A pop-up window opens. Click on "Choose a file" to import the file previously filled in with your drivers' information. Once the file has been loaded, click on "Validate".
Good to know: During a .CSV import, our system performs a check to display the number of drivers added, deleted and updated.
