Introduction

In this article, you will find all the information you need to :

  • Create a line

  • Modify a line

  • Delete a line

If you want to modify an existing plan that is in use or in production (status "Active" or "Completed"), first duplicate it (to do this, refer to the "Duplicate a transport plan" chapter of this article) and apply the modifications to the duplicate, then publish it.

Create a new line

To create a new line, go to your transport plan view (Resources > Transport plan), click on the "Lines" tab and then click on "Add a line".

A window opens asking you to enter your line identifier. After validating, a new interface appears. Enter at least the short name of the line (e.g. L1) and choose a mode from the corresponding drop-down menu.

To help you identify it more quickly, you can also add a color to your line using the dedicated field and an HTML color code. To obtain this code, go here, select the color of your choice and copy/paste the code into Pysae.

Finally, click on the blue tick to validate your new line.

Modify an existing line

If you wish to modify an existing plan, either in use or in production ("Active" or "Completed" status), first duplicate it (to do this, please refer to the "Duplicating a transport plan" section of this article) and apply the modifications to the duplicate, then publish it.

Go to your transport plan view (Resources > Transport plan) and select the plan you wish to modify. Click on the "Lines" tab and select the line you wish to modify.

The line view opens, click on the button with the pencil, modify the desired information, then save by clicking on the blue tick in the same position as the pencil.

To ensure that your changes are taken into account, you must publish this new transport plan. It will be updated automatically on the drivers' devices at the end of the current run.

Deleting a line

To delete a line, you must first delete all its runs.

Go to your transport plan view (Resources > Transport plan) and select the plan you wish to modify. Click on the "Lines" tab and select the line you wish to delete.

Click on the trash button at the top right of the screen and confirm the deletion.

You're automatically returned to the "Lines" view, where you can see that the deleted line is no longer visible. It has indeed been deleted!
