To protect your personal data, you can anonymize it from within the operating platform. To do so, go to Settings by clicking on the gear icon in the top right-hand corner.
Then go to the "Data period" tab.
You can select a period, between 12 and 36 months (simply move the cursor over the horizontal bar), for which the drivers' entry-on-duty data will be automatically anonymized.
Here's the information concerned:
On the trip sheet, the driver's name and vehicle will no longer appear,
The driver's name and vehicle will no longer appear on the equipment sheet,
In the service view, driver/vehicle information is also anonymized.
Please note:
Modification of the personal data anonymization period will take effect the following day. Depending on your cursor position, the last service date available with personal data is updated. The page also shows the date of the earliest service recorded in Pysae.
You can still consult the information relating to your services, but only the personal data (driver's name, vehicle name) will no longer be available.
