Principle

Real-time trip modification allows you to simultaneously inform your drivers and passengers of changes to a current or future trip. In the event of a disruption, you can cancel the run, indicate a delay or modify one or more services.

As soon as you validate the changes you've made, drivers and passengers will be alerted via their Pysae Driver application and the GTFS-RT.

Good to know: these modifications (made from the operating platform) have no impact on your GTFS data. They will disappear as soon as a new transport plan is published.

How to proceed

Go to "Trips" in the left-hand sidebar of your operating platform, select the trip of your choice (whether completed, in progress or upcoming). Then click on the "Modify trip" button.

You can also access this function directly from the list. After activating the "Modify trip" column using the filters, click on the "+".

A pop-up window appears on your screen. You can then apply the desired changes: cancel the run by ticking the box at the bottom of the window, indicate a delay using the box at the top of the window, modify the service by clicking directly on the name of the stop in the list, or do all three at once.

You can also choose to apply these changes to subsequent days, simply by checking the dedicated box.

Now click on "Apply changes".

You can view these changes by going directly to the relevant trip, where an orange banner summarizing the changes will appear.

If you already know the date on which your trip will return to normal, you can apply these changes immediately. Click on the calendar in the top right-hand corner of the interface, select the day in question, reopen the modification window by clicking on "Modify trip" and make the reverse changes.

✅ On the driver application

These trip modifications will be visible during the trips concerned on the guidance and line diagram views.

✅ On the passenger application

These route modifications will be visible on the route and stop views
