As administrator of the operating account, you can configure your network settings from the Pysae platform. To do so, click on the gears at the top right of your interface. Then make sure you're in the "Punctuality report" tab.

This report shows the punctuality rate according to the lead and lag on your various trips. Here you can set the parameters that will be automatically applied to your reports before you export them.
