As administrator of the operating account, you can configure your network settings from the Pysae platform. To do this, click on the three dots at the top right. Then make sure you're in the "Punctuality report" tab.

This report shows the punctuality rate according to the lead and lag on your various trips. Here you can set the parameters that will be automatically applied to your reports before you export them.
