Introduction
Pysae's messaging system lets you communicate easily with the drivers in your network.
You can access it by clicking on the "Messaging" tab in the left-hand side menu of the operating platform. This section is divided into two distinct parts: the inbox and sent messages.
In this article, you'll find the information you need to manage the following items:
Inbox
In the Inbox, messages are sorted from newest to oldest. When you receive a message, a notification appears at the top right of your interface. You can close it or click on it to find out more.
For each message received, you'll see :
The name of the sending device,
The name of the trip in progress,
Message content,
Date and time sent,
Sent messages
The ‘Sent messages’ tab lists all the messages sent to drivers.
For each message sent you can see :
Whether or not the message has priority,
The name of the recipient device,
The content of the message,
The read status,
Date and time sent,
You can duplicate a sent message by clicking on the "Duplicate" button, which appears on the far right when you hover over the message line. It is represented by two superimposed sheets.
Good to know: clicking on the text in the "Message" column opens a pop-up window containing detailed information on the selected message.
Send a message
You can send messages by clicking on ‘New message’ at the top left of your Pysae interface. This option is available from the inbox and the ‘Sent messages’ tab.
A pop-up window opens. You can then send the same message to :
A given driver ;
Several drivers;
All drivers in a team;
All drivers in the network
Good to know: you can also mark the message as urgent by checking the appropriate box. A driver action will be required to close the notification on Pysae Driver.
Drivers are alerted to the receipt of a new message by a notification in the Driver application.
The reception and reading of a message by a driver is tracked in the operations and supervision platform by a double notification:
Received by the driver,
Read by the driver.
