Introduction

The operations manager can check the times recorded at a given stop. To do so, click on the "Stops" tab in the left-hand side menu of your operating area.

This historical presentation is very useful for responding to passenger complaints. In fact, the entry point for passenger complaints is usually a stop name with a timetable.

From this page you can :

  • Consult the list of stops

  • Get a detailed view

Consult the list of stops

You can view the list of stops in your network, as well as the lines and stations they are associated with, and the stop codes and zones.

To view your data in a more complete and structured way, you can click on the "Columns" button at the top right of your interface and choose the data you wish to display.

You can also download the QR codes corresponding to each of the stops in your network by clicking on the "Download all QR codes" button in the top right-hand corner of your interface. This feature enables your passengers to quickly access stop information in real time from a mobile phone.

Get a detailed view

To obtain this detailed view, click on the name of the stop you are interested in.

Here you can check the precise information on the number of passages at the stop on the chosen date. It's also possible to adjust the stop area for greater precision.

Good to know: stop zone modification is reserved for network administrators.
