You can manage your users directly from your network supervision area.
In this article, we'll look at how to :
Add user(s)
To do this, hover over the "Resources" tab in the left-hand side menu of your workspace, then click on "Users" in the window that appears.
Then click on "Add a ney user" at the top right of your interface.
A blank line appears at the top of the list of all your users.
Enter the e-mail address of the person you wish to add, his/her role and team, then confirm by clicking on the green "Save" button which appears at the end of the line when your cursor is over it.
The added user will receive a password initialization request by e-mail.
Deleting users
To delete a user, simply click on the three dots at the end of the line and then on “Archive.”
User roles
Here's a summary of the different roles available in your interface:
Administrator: this is the role dedicated to the person in charge of the system. The administrator has all permissions in the interface: reading, editing and modifying data, as well as managing users, network settings and integrations;
Operator: this is the day-to-day operations role. It allows acting on data: live tracking, trips, planning, deviations, emergencies, passenger messages, resources and transport plans. It gives access neither to user management, nor to network settings, nor to integrations, which remain reserved for the administrator. This role suits anyone who has to act on operations, not only the operations manager;
Reader: this is a consultation role. It allows viewing network data (live map, trips, punctuality, ridership, deviations, passenger messages) without being able to create or modify them. This role is intended, for example, for sales agents in charge of responding to passenger queries, or for local authority staff in contact with passengers. A user who has to publish passenger messages themselves needs the Operator role;
Limited reader: same logic as the Reader role, on a narrower scope: no inbox, no device details, no planning;
External reader: this role is limited to consultation and intended for people outside your company: live map, route diagrams, list of trips + or - 7 days, passenger messages and passenger display. Passenger messages can only be viewed: creating and editing are not available;
Technical account: this account is intended for automated exchanges (API, interconnections), with no intended use in the supervision interface;
Driver: this is the role of the Pysae Driver mobile application. It gives no access to the supervision interface.
