Introduction

You can track service connections via your Pysae operating platform. A service corresponds to a vehicle-driver pairing on a given day. During this service, one or more runs will be made. In this article, we'll show you how to :

Good to know: devices can be assigned to a given driver or vehicle.

You can check from the platform whether the driver has confirmed that the vehicle is empty, and whether the driver has left a comment.

Track service calls

To access this information from your Pysae platform, click on "Service bookings" in the left-hand side menu. Once the page is displayed, you can select the date of interest at the top of the interface. By default, the current date will be displayed.

From this page, you can consult the information concerning the various service starts on the date you specify.

Consult a service

To access all the information on a service, click on the relevant run in the "Runs" column. You now have access to the details of the service in question.

You can check :

  • whether you're early or late

  • the time at each stop

  • the number of services provided

  • if there was a problem with the run

  • which device is associated with it

Thanks to the player at the bottom of the page, you can also replay the entire trip to check its progress.

Use the functions

  1. Send a message: You'll be redirected directly to the messaging tab, enabling you to stay in touch with drivers at all times.

  2. Display additional fields: To view your data in a more complete and structured way, you can click on the "Columns" button at the top right of your interface and choose the data you wish to display.

  3. Download your data : To easily integrate your service data into your reports, you can "Download" it using the button at the top right of the page.

  4. Sort and filter your table: For quick access to your essential information, use the sort and filter options. Click on a column header to sort information in ascending or descending order. Click on the funnel to select or deselect the information you wish to see displayed.

  5. Use the search bar: For quick access to information on a specific trip, use the search bar at the top left of your table.
