Check that my trip teams are correctly set up in Pysae

The "Team" function allows you to create sub-groups of users (e.g. sub-contractors). In this way, you can restrict the access and visualization of said users to certain elements such as vehicles and assigned trips.

Incomplete use of teams can lead to partial data partitioning or functionality malfunctions.

As a reminder:

  • Trips assigned to a team are only visible to users of that team.

  • If trips are not assigned, they are visible to all users.

Am I concerned by teams?

To find out whether teams are configured in your Pysae account, you can access Settings (Administrator role required), "Teams" tab. If teams appear in the list, you are concerned by the functionality.

Are my resources correctly configured? Do I need to make any changes?

As a reminder, teams, if used, must be configured for all these resources:

  • Users,

  • Devices,

  • Trips,

  • Drivers,

  • Vehicles,

To find out how to assign a team to a resource, go here.

To find out whether your races have assigned teams, you can do so directly from your supervision area, in the Races tab.

From the Columns button, activate the "Trip team" column. Then select a date after today's date from the date selector.

  • If your trips have teams entered in the column, then your configuration is complete! You don't need to make any changes to your transport plan.

Nb: Don't forget to check whether all your races have assigned teams.
