Detailed statistics

You can view and download reports. To do so, click on "Reports" in the left-hand side menu of your Pysae interface. Then, in the "Indicator" drop-down menu, choose the "Punctuality" item. Finally, click on the date selectors to define the period over which you wish to obtain the report, then click on "Apply".

Good to know: the period for displaying data in the punctuality report is limited to 31 rolling days.

Your report is now available for consultation. You will find several items of information:

  • The punctuality rate for the selected period.

  • Details of punctuality by day.

  • Details of punctuality by line.

Download report (.CSV)

Click on the "Download" button in the top right-hand corner of your interface. The report downloads automatically in CSV (Excel) format.

Detailed file

This file is a CSV file with all raw data.

The file contains all punctuality data.

You can manipulate this data to perform the analyses you require.

To find out more about optimizing the processing of your punctuality report data, please consult this article.

Setting advance/delay thresholds

You can configure several advance/delay thresholds in the operations supervision platform. To do so, click on the gears at the top right of your interface. Then make sure you are in the "Punctuality report" tab.

This allows you to fine-tune the relevance of the punctuality analysis according to the criteria you have selected.

This table enables you to define the categories used for the punctuality report, and to indicate which categories are considered to be on time.

Different thresholds can be set for each category.

Examples of ranges/categories:

  • ahead: below 0 seconds

  • on time: between 0 and 300 seconds

  • delay: over 300 seconds

All you have to do is enter the number of seconds between each threshold, then tick the "On time" box when you consider that there is no advance or delay.

Your punctuality report will use this information to calculate your punctuality rates.
